Textured Brass Hair Cuffs

This listing is for textured brass hair cuffs like those shown in the photos. They are perfect for locs, dreads, braids, or beards. You can choose a single cuff or a set of five in the diameter/s of your choice. In addition, I now offer these in red brass or yellow brass. The color difference is very subtle, but some prefer the slightly warmer tone of the red brass.

All the edges of these cuffs are smooth filed. Each cuff will feature a heatherfish maker's mark on the inside and variable texture on the outside. These are strong and durable, not made to bend.

This hair jewelry is intended to be worn on locs, dreadlocks, braids, or beards.

The sealed option will hold it's appearance for as long as the clear coat protectant stays intact with only a slight warming in color tone. The raw cuffs will develop an earthy dark bronze patina similar to other everyday brass items such as brass hinges, door knobs, faucets, etc. The speed and development of the patina depends on the level of exposure the cuffs receive both from regular environmental factors and body care products.

Generally speaking, I recommend day wear only for all my designs. Proper care of your jewelry will ensure it lasts for many years.
