Shipping policy
Processing
Processing time is the amount of time I give myself to make and package your order. Processing information varies based on design and can be found in each listing. Please also keep in mind that the size of your order could also affect the time it will take me to complete your order. Your patience is much appreciated as these are artisan, handmade items.
Based on my workload, there is often a short waiting list. To be fair to all of my customers, I fill every order in the order in which it was received. However, if you have a deadline and require your items sooner, please contact me. I will do my very best to accommodate.
Domestic Shipping
For shipping within the USA, I ship your order via USPS. Shipping options that are available upon checkout are:
Ground Advantage (2-7 Estimated Business Days)
Priority Express (1-2 Guaranteed Business Days)
Please note that packages can be delayed during peek and other busy times of the year, i.e. Christmas.
International Shipping
All customers outside of the USA can purchase my items from my Etsy store.
Incorrect Addresses
Please note that I can only ship to the address provided to me by the buyer. If the address that has been provided is incorrect, and the package is lost due to this circumstance, no refund can be made.
If you have provided an incorrect shipping address by accident, do contact me as soon as possible. It may be possible to correct the address before I ship the item. If the item has already shipped, however, there is nothing that can be done.
In the case that the package is sent back, and the item is in it's original undamaged condition, I will refund the cost of the order excluding the cost for shipping, or in the case of domestic shipping, I may be willing to consider re-shipping the order as a courtesy. This re-shipment option will be determined on a case by case basis at the discretion of the seller.
Please make sure to always DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS before completing your order... especially if you are paying with Paypal.
