This listing is for a set of 10 hammered raw aluminum spirals like those shown in the photos. Each coil is painstakingly hammered, cold forged, and filed at both ends while leaving in place an elegant non-hammered center ring. Each coil is marked inside with a heatherfish maker's mark.

This hair jewelry is intended to be worn on locs, dreadlocks, braids, or beards.

• Varied lengths: ~14mm - 16mm
• Sample design hole diameters: 6mm

• Raw unsealed aluminum

These will arrive with a bright, high shine polish. Aluminum is very slow to oxidize or tarnish. No finish changes can be expected for many years.

Generally speaking, I recommend day wear only for all my designs. Proper care of your jewelry will ensure it lasts for many years.
