Over the years, I have tried various different solutions to try and help customers choose accurate sizes. I have made tutorial videos, reference charts, etc... However, sometimes the easiest way to determine what the right fit is, is to have something physical as a comparison. So, I present a solution.

This listing gives you the option to order 3 sample sizes made like those shown in the photos. These are basic aluminum coils that will serve to help you determine an exact size for your locs, braids, or twists. Determining the exact size you need can be helpful if you are considering a more expensive item in my shop. These are no frills simple sample coils meant for determining correct sizes only. These are not decorative beads. The size range available is 2mm-20mm, and each coil will have the size hard stamped into it. You can choose 3 sizes within the size range mentioned, and I will make them for you.

For those of you that would like to purchase 3 random sizes that are not in consecutive order, please select "Custom Request" on the option menu and leave a note for me at checkout listing the three sizes you would like created in the "Order special instructions" box.

But, generally speaking, I recommend day wear only for all my designs. Proper care of your jewelry will ensure it lasts for many years.
